Shred JYM Ingredients
The main ingredients in this product include 1.5g of Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCI. The recommended minimum dose (for effective fat burn) is between 3 and 4 g per day. Since you are recommended to take Shred JYM twice a day, it is fair to say that Jym Supplement Science have clinically dosed the right amount of this ingredient.
The next ingredient in this powerful fat burner is L-Tyrosine. You get a massive 500 mg of this ingredient. L-Tyrosine works to enhance the mood, especially when you are experiencing a caloric deficit. It will also help with mental focus. L-Tyrosine does not concern itself with any type of fat burn.
Then there is the green tea leaf extract, 500 mg to be precise. Green tea is renowned to increase the metabolic rate.
200 mg caffeine anhydrous is also included, which is the main stimulant in this product. This is a very sensible move because there is nothing worse than using a fat burning supplement that is loaded (I’m talking 400 mg+) with caffeine. Admittedly, a 400 mg dose of caffeine will make you feel fantastic the moment you take it, but an hour, will drop you like a sack of spuds!
Then you have the 50 mg cayenne pepper fruit extract, also known as “Capsimax”. Thankfully, this ingredient is in capsule form, so you don’t have to drink it (tastes extremely foul, in case you don’t know what I’m talking about). Nevertheless, Capsimax is extremely good for speeding up the metabolic rate. This ingredient is basically red pepper extract, and the heat from this chilli is what is responsible for increasing the metabolism and caloric expenditure.
Last but not least, there is 20 mg of Synephrine. This works amazingly well in conjunction with caffeine by providing pure energy without experiencing the crash in the end. It also helps to increase the metabolism.
How To Take Shred JYM
There are four capsules per serving, which need to be taken twice a day at the minimum, and there are 240 capsules per bottle.
The first one is recommended to be taken in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach, and even better if you do it just before cardio. The second one should be taken mid-afternoon, and if you really want to go all out, a third serving in the early evening.
